Skin products are good

I absolutely love the products, however, one of my items came damaged and leaked inside the box. Customer service is lacking. I tried to email them to ask for an exchange and even sent photos of the leaking item. There’s not a number to call and actually speak to somebody. I sent them my order number and a copy of my invoice. It was sketchy when she asked for my credit card information. If I give an order number, why would I need my credit card number, to verify my purchase? Shady, lesson number one. You never give your credit card out to anybody especially in an email. This might make me prevent buying from again.

Awesome products, just very high shipping costs and it took quite a while to arrive

An item came damaged and I messaged the company twice and haven’t gotten the problem addressed.

i loved the palettes, they were super cute and the packaging was adorable. only reason i gave it 4 stars is because in one palette one of the eyeshadows fell out of the palette and was unusable

Products are good, shipping time is fairly fast. Shipping was a little expensive & it would be nice if they had the prices in CAD or other currencies but otherwise it's alright.

I love the products! Best quality! Shipping is a little lengthy though. But I understand due to high volume orders on new promotions.
