The palette was beautiful but 3 of the shadows did not arrive. I bought the She's a Rainbow palette that comes with magnetic shadows that you have to place yourself. When you order the palette you order the palette itself and the shadows in one bundle and 3 of the shadows did not arrive. I contacted customer service and they have not responded yet. However, the shadows I did receive were beautiful, full of pigment and super easy to work with and remove.

It would be nice to know if an item isn’t being shipped or out of stock before your package arrives, not on the same day it does after waiting around a month or so.

Honestly, I thought the products would be a bit larger and I would’ve had a quicker delievery but overall they are good products.

Product is good however shipping is terrible I understand it took a long time to ship due to a pandemic how ever the company chosen to ship is terrible

When I received the package it was beaten up, which I understand you can't account for but when opening the package the pallets I received were slightly messy but intact. Altogether it was perfectly fine. I just wished the presentation was a bit cleaner.

I didn’t receive my concealer, other than that it was good. But I was looking forward to trying the concealer

The palette arrived with smudges all over the inside. I waited a while because of COVID so I don’t really feel like trading it and waiting again.
