I never received my package

I received my original order and 3 products were destroyed. I filed a complaint and they sent me new products however, those were damaged as well. It looks as if they were in a rush to assemble the eye shadow pallet. Also, the blush and highlighter have a pasty texture to them making it difficult to apply with brush. They are supposed to be powders but instead, it's like a moist paste. Not happy at all.

I really wanted to try the products. But the goods did not come, they said that they would send another and for products which are not available, they gave a coupon for the next order. But after this I don’t know or order. But to put on the goods the second will come and I remember my opinion.

Packaging was cute but did not cate for the shadows or awful mascara

Nice eyeshadow. Foundation and lipstick colors do not match photos online. Now I’m stuck with an orange stick foundation and two light lipsticks that I don’t use since colourpop has a no return policy. Love the brand but will not be ordering from online again. Prob only at Ulta

The products are of great quality but the shipping time is poor. The items are also stuffed into their shipping boxes which sometimes damage the more delicate boxes that hold the items. This ruins the first impression of the product for me.

It took so long to receive my purchases.

I am outraged that ColourPop doesn't offer refunds.I don't like any of the lip colors I chose which were about 8 of them. Won't purchase from them again!!
