Processing time was really long

I’ve never been disappointed by colourpop’s products. Always worth the money, and is stuff that actually gets me excited to do my makeup. They sometimes take a while to send out your order, but it’s never a wait beyond two weeks from my experience.

The only reason I gave my Colourpop order 4 stars is because it took forever to receive my items. Other then that, I absolutely love my items ! They’re always packaged well & the products are always exactly as stated !!

Love my sailor moon pallet Shipping was relatively quick for international shipping to aus. And the box arrived well packed. My only down is I feel some of the glittery shades loose their lustre a bit quick after application unless you apply it thick. But it’s a minor complaint. Can’t wait to see what other fun license cross overs are next!!

One was a little bit damaged but I love all of the palettes.

The products were awesome! Very high quality. Beautiful packaging. The only issue I had with my purchase was the amount of time it took to ship the product. Even though it was during the holiday season, arrangements should have been made to have products shipped in a timely fashion.

The quality is super good and pigmented. The only downside is I wish they would sell more of their online pallets at stores like ulta. So I don't have to wait 2 weeks for my new pallets.
