2 of the palettes came with one eyeshadow shattered

They sent me 11/12 shades in my palette. Customer service never replied to my email complaint sent through their website. The shades I got are beautiful but I can't give a great review.

slow delivery

I was happy that the shipping didn’t take long even due to coronavirus. However, they only sent half my order and didn’t reply to my email, instead sent half my refund back instead of asking if I wanted the other part of my order.

Même si il y a le confinement je trouve que 3 mois c long pour un colis . Je pense quand même recommander chez eux car la qualité du produit vaut le coup .

Everything that I ordered and received are really good the colour pigment is really good and the foundation actually matched my skin. However I didnt receive the lashes I had bought and I emailed colourpop a week ago and still havent gotten anything back.

The color pallets are great... but it took over a month and a half to get my product and they were very slow to communicate. I understand that the country was dealing with something but it just took entirely too long.

Even though I had to wait for them to open back up due to the current virus, I still believe it took too long to get to me. I'm also missing a lippie stix in Brink.
