My lipgloss seal has been broken, it cannot even close the lid, the package arrived also late, but the colour are nice

I had an allergic reaction to a product I’ve been using for years. When I contacted customer service to see if the formula changed they were rude and unhelpful. They couldn’t answer a simple yes or no question and insisted I take a list of the ingredients to my doctor. My doctor isn’t going to test me for even 3/4 of what’s on that list. Won’t be buying colourpop again.

International delivery service is not good. I lost my parcel.

The products are great. My experience with the shipping can be better but the staff where willing to give me a refund in the event that my package was lost.

It took to weeks to ship the actual product and then once it was shipped I never received it. I tried several times to get in contact with ColourPop through social and their website and no response. Won’t ever order from here again

I had ordered a a lot of stuff from the last chance sale and had an order a month before that the last chance order came and the items in the box wasn’t mine I got someone else’s order and they got mine all the items I wanted was sold out I didn’t get but a couple things out of that last chance sale I was angry and still angry cause I will never get those items again and I really wanted them the order before that one I was missing 2 products but Colourpop did send me the 2 missing items but as for as the last chance sale I dislike Colourpop cause I will never get those items again and I really did want them that’s why I’m giving a 2 star

Beautiful colors but doesn't goes on or stay on or without a good primer just ordered now scared cause the quality of make up but totally in love with colors. Sorry price is reasonable
