The products were good but my eyeshadow palette has a pan that was cracked. It also took a long time to deliver. It took a month and a half and that was too long.

LOVE the products. HATE how long it takes to receive them! Well over a month of waiting. Almost 2 months is way too long to wait to get products.

Its good and amazing but made me wait 3months for the package

I placed an order in March. It didn’t came because it got lost on transit, but they applied for refund and I’m very grateful for that. I just placed another order to give them a second chance, I hope we do it this time.

Shipping took forever and one of my concealer wands already broke😒

Never got any update about an unshipped item ahead of time. I had to get in contact with them. Not only that but I was charged as though I was delivered the product. I know we're going to tough times and everyone makes mistakes. But that shouldn't be the excuse. Luckily after submitting the proff they requested I was reimbursed my money due to the item Missing being on backorder.

I placed my order during the pandemic but never received anything else for months. When I reached out I was told that there was an issue with processing my payment method. So I lost my place. I didn’t get any indication that my card didn’t go though until I reached out. I did place another order but missed out on the just a tint lippies that I wanted.

ColourPop is an awesome brand with great products, but not everything is perfect. Some items run out, come damaged or take a while to ship. Also, which I think is very important, sometimes they do just to much. They have created fast fashion in the makeup industry. It's like every month they had something new and you had to keep up. Not very good for the environment I think, although I think they don't produce large quantities either. There is always room for improvement.
