Signed up for email reminder/"early bird" shopping for a recent launch and didn't receive said email. The launch actually happened several minutes late and when I DID get my items, I was placed "in line" to purchase. During this time, MULTIPLE items I was going to purchase were suddenly sold out when it came time for me to complete my purchase. To make matters worse, when it was announced that the line would be going to Ulta stores, I went on the day of the physical launch as the store opened. There was virtually NO product set out. When several guests and myself inquired, the employees informed us that that was all they had sent. It was literally ONE blush, TWO lipglossess, and no glitter from the line. It appeared that they weren't ready for a physical launch and sent the leftovers from the online launch. Either way, I didn't get the products I wanted and neither did a lot of people from what I have heard in person and online. Very disappointing. I feel like the launch was poorly handled.

My order always has a problem with the shipping and last time the order was incomplete and they give a cupon for only ONE of the two products that were missing

One item came defective. Got a replacement, which was also defective. They refused to exchange or refund. Used one lipstick for a week, the lipstick was separated from its container and fell out. Customer service refused to refund. Gave credit that can’t be used during promotion. That means I would have to pay for shipping to replace it myself. I would NOT recommend Colourpop. The price was attractive but I have never had these issues with other brands. I guess you get what you pay for, no quality control or whatsoever and they don’t stand behind their products.

Colourpop has been nothing but amazing towards me for the past 3 years. I have been a cult follower of their products, preaching how inexpensive, but amazing their makeup was. I especially loved the Brown Sugar eyeshadow palette. Though, in recent years, the company has let me down. Every time i would attempt to order, my parcel would get stuck in customs somewhere in Frankfurt. I've been devoid of my favorite makeup brand for maybe a year. This is completely unacceptable.

The reason for my two star review of Colourpop is because the wand on the glosses is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Every time that I try to apply the gloss with the wand that it came with, it ends up just smearing it around my lips not really applying it. It just moves the gloss from one place to another as a whole. I couldn’t believe that Colourpop would ever think that utilizing a tiny brush as an applicator for their lip glosses would ever be a really good idea. Because it’s not, it’s an absolute HORRIBLE IDEA.

Received my order weeks late never got a confirmation email, then to receive my order I was not pleased with the colors, and behold can’t return them. Haven’t ordered from colourpop since!

The color of the lipstick I received is very different from that online. since colourpop will not be able to have a refund or exchange, I guess I will just keep them live in my drawer forever.

I live in California and this order took forever to arrive.
