The reason I rate 1 the lowest possible is from my last order. I ordered the hocupocus coven collection which included a candle in the collection set. I also order another eyeshadow from the collection. I didn't receive the candle nor the additional eyeshadow kit. When contacting I was told candle would be sent our separate and I got a replacement eyeshadow. However some people apparently got emails in advance advising of the candle shipping separately. However I never received an email I now set here again months later with no candle and again some people were offered refunds and emails but nothing for me and not even a response to the customer service. Their products are usually good but due to the service and their bad communication I am not looking into buying again from the company.

I had issues with the eyeliner pot was dried out and i emailed customer service they asked me to take a picture of the box product and packing slip which i did. Then I never received an email back for follow up so 2 weeks later i followed up and the rep said there was nothing they could do. I tried ordering again and this time I purchased the Hocus Pocus Deluxe Package and my candle arrived 4 weeks late and my mirror never came and the customer dept was very rude.

Bought the hocus pocus cosmetic set that came with the candle so she can use it for this years Halloween season and the candle arrived extremely late. I got the candle two days ago and when I said I wanted to do a refund I was told no because the candle had been shipped. I asked for a return label so I can return everything and get my money back and I have not heard back.

Terrible shipping awful customer service

This review has NOTHING to do with Colourpop’s products and everything to do with their awful customer service. They don’t even have a phone number you can call and that tells you everything you need to know about how much they care about their customers. This would be understandable if they at least had a good email system but they don’t even have that. Average is 2-4 days for them to respond to an email. Ridiculous. I submitted a request to cancel part of my order, which they had emailed me I would be able to request, and by the time the email rep (or bot would be more accurate) finally responded to my email, the Halloween item that had been 6 weeks pending has already shipped. Not an apology from any rep I talked to. Nothing. What a joke of a company. What kind of company ships out partial orders and AFTERWARDS apologizes for the rest of the order being late?! They should at least have the courtesy to give the customer the option to cancel before the order ships out. It’s almost like they intentionally shipped part of the order so their customer’s couldn’t open unfulfilled order complaints with their credit card or PayPal accounts. So disappointed is an understatement.

Broken items missing items customer service is horrible just keep telling me there’s only one item when I ask about the others they say it’s on its way

I had to pay double taxes, first colourpop charge them so I wouldn't have to pay custom fee in Mexico and the tha postal service made me pay again, before I pay to reléase my package colourpop said they will refund the pay I have to make to reléase the package, but after I pay colourpop said that it wasn't their problem, así que si son de México revisen que llegue por redpack o si viene por correos de méxico pidan que lo devuelvan y mejor regresen su dinero, me cobraron 421 pesos de aduana en correos de méxico y el paquete costó $1400

Absolutely appalled at your customer service... or lack thereof. I was missing an item, and contacted your company 3(! )times. I was completely ignored. I will never buy from your website again. Enjoy the money you essentially stole from me.
