Everything arrived in perfect conditions, but I was missing an item.

The product itself is fantastic! The “we will email you when this product is back in stock” feature on the website does not work.

Shipping is slow. Not really worth buying from here unless i do a big order

Some of the makeup packaging was scratched but everything was intact

Always sold out of things . I was on the website at 12 the day they released sailor moon and it took 5 minutes for the shopping cart to load. And then said sold out. I waited and that wasn’t fair. They advertise giveaways and I just think it seemed rigged.

I expected to receive the missing product that I payed for. Instead I received a code for the same amount which I find annoying because now if I want to purchase the same product I have to still pay for shipping although now I don’t trust if I’ll actually receive my correct order. In addition I’m not even sure if I can use other codes on top of this one which makes no sense because that amount is supposed to be to compensate my original money to begin with.

While the eyeshadows are pigmented quite a few of them were loose in the trays and the powders were cracked in some of the palettes.

I understand with covid 19 going on shipping takes awhile but almost 2 months wait is crazy! I live in Nevada and I have ordered many things from all over even New York area which got here in way less time and had the same extra wait message because of COVID-19. I LOVE Colourpop and I would’ve gave 5 stars but every time I order even before the pandemic it’s always taken a week or week and a half to get my orders.
