Disappointed
I reached out after purchase and explained your site ran poorly and the response was dismissive and uninterested. not what i expected from the company. No attempt to offer a solution. Dissapointed.

Patchy, no mirrors in the palettes, lots of fallout. Sailor Moon x CP was a huge disappointment. Honestly, the palettes are more novelty than anything

My last order came incomplete and I didn't receive a replace item (they were items from the sailor moon collection) , but I received a coupon of 15 dlls. Since I buy from a country that isn't the US, that money will do nothing and I will lose it, because I'm not a regular costumer (I buy once or twice a year, I buy up to 50-70 dlls because international shipping is free). So with 15 dlls I can do nothing.

I made an order and one of my products was missing. I contacted Colourpop customer service right away and it took almost a month for me to receive the product that was missing. Colourpop is a great brand but it shouldn’t take almost a month to send a product that they missed putting in my first shipping package.

Recently I purchased items from the Sailor Moon x Colourpop collab. I was on the website as soon as the launch happened. I had the full collection in my cart and immediately went to check out. By the time I got to the final page to confirm my order it was sold out. 4 minutes had passed. I got what I could. As far as the quality, it’s decent. It’s about as nice as a morphe shadow. The Ultra Blotted lips are comfortable but patchy. And the blushes were much softer in the campaign photos. In real life they are HOT pink, or HOT PINK with some shimmer. I wasn’t too thrilled with the whole experience. I can’t say I will depend on colourpop for future online purchases. If I see something nice at Ulta I’ll grab it.
