I can’t believe I couldn’t light my hocus pocus candle not one time in October. I placed my order on sept 23, and I still haven’t received it. What a bummer totally ruined spooky season for me. Sometimes I feel like just canceling it but then what have I waited all this time for. I really feel like this situation should of been rectified before releasing new items. Then you drop the collection again before the ppl who have been waiting so long to receive missing items get them. I’m so disappointed.

I did not receive the correct order and when I reached out to customer service I never got a response back. Very disappointed.

You keep sending me this emails about my experience and my purchase and you canceled my order a few seconds after i tried to do it, thats why i doubt about giving another try, i didnt feel safe to risk it

I contacted multiple times, and my issue was never resolved. I was basically scolded when trying to get help to fix my order before it had shipped.

I’ve never had too many issues with colourpop however my last order has changed that. They took my money and sent my partial order. They didn’t have it posted until after you check out that the item would be sent separately. Then when I inquired about it they told me it would be sent separately but failed to tell me that they didn’t even have it in stock to send. I received my partial order over a month ago. As of a month and two weeks later I am still without my full order. I asked for compensation for being lied to and they have denied any sort of customer service. I will never buy from colourpop again and will let everyone know why.

My order (and subsequent replacement order) have both been lost in the mail at the same place. Transferring from DHL to USPS. They’ve refused to help or give me a refund when there is obviously something wrong with the way they’re shipping to the United States. Will never order from them again.

Still have yet to receive my black flame candle. This was wanted as a gift for Halloween and it's November. Literally pay for something to not arrive is prime example of what not to do, then to give excuses such as we didn't ship cause of weight makes 0 sense. Listen simply admit mistakes were made, it's that simple.

I am still missing my spider stamp. I have not received any form of update about my missing product. Was supposed to have received item before Halloween.
