I created my 1st ColourPop pallette. some of the shadows had “Extreme Fall out” I wish I new this? I would’ve went with a standard pallette. Can I return this? I don’t use it because of this. My item was never delivered, it was sent back to the warehouse I never got my refund and I never got part of the sailor moon collection. I tracked the package and even scheduled re delivery and it never happened. I also tried to email customer service and got no reply. Highly disappointed
