1 of the 3 pallets delivered was broken. The other 2 were heavily packaged and protected. The one that was broken had no protection so I wasn’t surprised it broke. Luckily the company ended up replacing it.

Love the palette, colors are beautiful and blend well. Pigmentation is perfect in that they have the right amount of color and I don’t have to cake it on for the saturation I want. My biggest complaint and concern is that a whole fourth of the palette (3 out of the 12 colors) is not usable on the eyes, for reasons unknown to me. Apparently this is a common occurrence, but I do feel a little upset since the colors are really pretty and they’d go well with looks I’m trying to achieve. My preference would be that ColorPop makes palettes with colors that are completely safe for eye-use.

Loved the glitters SO MUCH! The sailor moon gloss was a let down but other than that I’d totally buy more stuff!

The products are great. The colors are beautiful and blend super easy. I really love the lip tint too it's smooth like butter, but the customer service is super lacking. I have ordered quite a bit from them and have only had one problem, some lipstick came with the top broken off into the lid.

I got the Sailor Moon palette from Colourpop, and it arrived on time without damage! The product has some great colors, with a good pigmentation. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because I feel like the shades Silver Millennium and Mare Serenitatis are a bit too creamy? Just in my personal preference, those two shades are much more difficult to apply than any other shade on the palette. But, I'm still very happy with this product!

I love the quality of ColourPop's products, especially for the price! Goods are always wrapped very carefully for shipping so they arrive intact. Products are super fun, designed with flair, and high quality. My solitary issue is that customer service response times are slow, but I have only needed to reach out once in the last year of being a customer.

Love the Stone Fox color palette.. the colors are beautiful, my only criticism is there is some slight fallout in the pans but overall an excellent product
