The timeliness of the shipping seemed fair given the circumstances. While I appreciate the thought of making the packaging with cushion, the insulation of it was a mess and I’m unsure how sustainable that is. I felt the quality of the products seemed a little cheap, as the colors of the lipsticks lacked depth. They didn’t have a ton of lasting power either. I felt this whole experience was simply average.

Love the products, but one shadow came damaged. It wasn't worth the effort to replace because of the poor shipping. Using DHL takes a ridiculous amount of time. My order took weeks to get here. In this day and age, if you want to please your customers, you will need to address shipping time. Even shipping USPS is less costly and much more timely. Get it together Coloupop. You're a great company and I want to support you, but even during Covid with your expected order processing delays, it shouldn't compound the delay and double turnaround time to the customer because of using a poor shipping option. USPS, FedEx, and UPS just don't take weeks to deliver.

The quality of the makeup is amazing, but most of the time things are out of stock, and it takes months to ship to you. You forget what you ordered by the time it gets to you.

It took a long time to get here and had no idea when it would come and the pans were almost out of the pallet but everything else is good

Love the makeup, however I wasn’t notified that one of my items(main item that I wanted) was out of stock until I notified them after receiving half of my order. If it was in stock when I paid for it, I Don’t understand why I didn’t receive it. I should’ve been made aware of this without me having to make them aware.
