I purchased an eyeshadow palette wirh free internacional shipping to Colombia on the 16th of September. It is now november 6 and it hasn't arrived yet. I tracked the order and the palette is in Colombia. It's been here like a month ago. My problem is that I don't know why colour pop shipped My order from the US to Germany and from Germany to Colombia. Since the package comes from Germany and not directly from the US My package has been retained because I have to pay a nationalization fee. I already paid the fee but the process is very long and frustrating. I know colour pop has nothing to do directly whith My country burocracy, but You could improve the internacional shipping so that the customer doesn't have to deal with this kind of stuff that delay the shipping. Thank You.

Terrible costumer service, the company is stealing my money and wont refund me my $126.31, won’t answer me, won’t refund, package never arrived and they won't do anything.

I ordered the hocus pocus kit to get everything they offered. The candle came after Halloween, when the whole point was to have it before and when I got the candle it wasn't even worth getting it smells horrible and all it has written on it is black flame candle and nothing else to do with hocus pocus. Very disappointing

I ordered the Hocus Pocus bundle for the candle. I absolutely wouldn’t have ordered it if I could have bought the candle individually. Then the candle comes weeks later with a “whoops not our fault” email. I buy from colourpop monthly but I will reconsider doing business with companies that have better customer service.

Got my black flame candle days after Halloween. I bought the full kit because I wanted the candle. Really frustrating and poor customer service. I also purchased it on the first day it was available!
