I would love to give ColourPop Cosmetics 5 stars- However, I cannot bring myself to it bc there are often soooo many products out of stock. I'm even on the email alert list & still constantly miss product relaunches//restocks. Majority of the time, new items//restocked items will sell out in moments. For example, I have been trying to purchase one, just ONE, white eye pencil for almost 7 months now. No joke. But aside from that malfunction, I really do love ColourPop. I adore the body glitter, & am obsessed with the lip crayon lip tints. I also absolutely love every eyeshadow palette I have purchased thus far, (3 of them)- Always great formulas that blend well with great pigment. I also love that there is normally a shade or 2 that can be doubled as highlighter or blush. If ColourPop would just improve on the quantity of their products, I would give them 5 stars, EASY. <3 =)

My makeup Pallet came shattered Besides that it´s ok

One of the palette is damaged, customer service did offered a credit for next purchase but I will need to buy more products as credit don't include and ant pay for shipping

I bought the Going Coconuts palette and a few other items on my first Colourpop purchase. When it arrived, 3/9 eyeshadow pans in the palette were dislodged from the holes in the palette, and all three had broken into pieces. I was upset, but I didn't think it was worth going through the return process, so I just glued them into the holes myself and tried my best to salvage the shadows. That being said, I quality of the other six shadows is wonderful! And the other items I purchased (two super shock shadows, one just a tint lip tint) are amazing! I will probably purchase from Colourpop again, but I'm hoping not to have the packaging issues I experienced this time around.

Love the packaging and price point! But the quality of one of the eye liners wasn’t all that great.

I love all the products I received except they sent me the wrong lip product. After emailing them about they just offered me a coupon for my next purchase (worth the same as my lip product), however, I’d end up losing money because the shipping would cost more than the product itself. So although I do like the other products I ordered, I’m bummed I didn’t get the correct lip product (I’m stuck with a matte lip in a shade I wouldn’t wear, when I wanted a lip tint) and that now I won’t be able to get it.

The quality of shadows is excellent but i’ve received a broken palette

I didn’t get my full order. The package slip said it all was supposeto be in there but when I messaged them they just refunded my money. And it wouldn’t be so bad but they are advertising the same product again that they said they were out of
