just okay
The colors are not super pigmented and the palette is smaller than I expected.

Two of my lip sticks arrived broken😔 and they were the two colors I liked the most. Literally the whole stick broken off.

Buying makeup from colourpop fulfills my love for makeup! Their custom pallet options gives me the opportunity to pick all the color shades I would use and the pigments are exactly how they appear when you are ordering them online ♡

I received the eyeshadow plates, one of them is without the paper in between, so the lid(?) is dirty. Looks like second hand.

Customer service isn't up to the mark. 2 star only for the product because it's amazing.
Dissapointed.
I first ordered the Silk Sheets first. I found the formula to be really goopy. Second try, I purchased Blissful and Tied Up. Blissful is goopy also, Tied Up, using one swipe is slightly goopy, definitely not as much. I'm throwing away Silk Sheets and Blissful. I will not purchase Colourpop again.

The shades don't show up on skin tones like the picture in the product. And since I don't have a store that sells colourpop near me, online shopping is truly the only option. Having a return policy in place would help people like me so much.

This was my first time purchasing anything from colourpop because I was interested in the Sailor Moon collection. I bought both ultra blotted lips, Usagi and Bun Head, from the collection and I'm unfortunately pretty disappointed with both. The swatches online looked considerably different than they do online. I knew they looked pretty similar to begin with but in person, they're both ultra bright pink, which I wasn't expecting and ultimately are almost unwearable for me. The 2 stars is solely because the packaging is so cute. The box and the product itself is adorable but unfortunately, the Bun Head formula was put into an Ultra Glossy Lip bottle instead of the correct Ultra Blotted Lip bottle. I know it's a small error but with loving Sailor Moon so much and hearing such high praise of Colourpop, I really wasn't expecting silly errors like that to occur. All and all, everything with this collection, from the launch to my incorrect packaging, felt like it might have been rushed and maybe I shouldn't have spent my money on it :(
