Order never arrived. Entered UK customs on 14th October and never heard anything else about it since. Couriers insist it's colourpops responsibility to lodge an investigation to its whereabouts and refuse to tell me what happened to it - colourpop blame the couriers. I was offered a refund or replacement to be sent to a different address but after other reviews where people haven't received THAT order either and are then left with no product and no refund - I decided to opt for a full refund - we shall see if I get one and if it is actually a FULL refund.... I even paid extra for delivery which supposedly covered the customs fees taking my order to over 50 dollars for 1 palette. Awful, awful, AWFUL service. I will never order from them again. Literally the worst "delivery" service I have ever experienced. I tweeted them as well asking if I could get my replacement sent to a friend in Canada instead and their reply was to keep emailing the person I was in contact with. No answers whatsoever. Was my 1st ever order with colourpop and will be my last as long as they have no UK stockists. Really annoyed, disappointed, and stressed out for over a month waiting only to have it just DISAPPEAR. Down 50 Dollars and still don't know if I'm going to get it all refunded, if at all. (EDIT: within 24 hours I did receive a FULL refund. Happy they magaes that nice and quickly so props to them for that. Still need to get a different courier for UK orders or just.... Get a UK stockist)

I purchased both Hocus Pocus collections when they were released. I recently came around to unboxing it and organizing it in my vanity. Just to realize that they sent me 2 of the same lipstick. Instead of 1 lipstick for each sister. I message them about it and even include a picture to try and resolve this issue. Just for them to tell me too bad. It’s my fault for not using the makeup within 2 weeks. How is it my fault that they messed up my order. When I specifically ordered the complete collections. Not item by item. Worst customer service. Wouldn’t even give them a star if I could.

I havent recieved my order and its says it was dispatched over a month ago, I already email and was told I have to wait. Still hasnt arrived. This is unacceptable

I'm very disappointed with ColorPop. I received my order and have now contacted them 3x to replace items in my order that we damaged in shipping. I've received ZERO communication back from anybody at ColorPop and I've followed the website guidelines for return or replacement. I won't be shopping with ColorPop in the future.

I am still waiting for my items. Cleared customs in the UK on 14th of October and now vanished into thin air. Colourpop blaming courier and courier blaming colourpop. No answers from either. I cannot review what I have not recieved

i literally have not received it yet the last update on my package was over a month ago and that was in california, i live in the netherlands.

Really bad customer service, hard to contact & stay in contact, never got my whole order, crooked considering all sales are final & they don’t do refunds in their policy, so if you don’t get your items & they’re out of stock…. They think they can just keep your money. Won’t shop there ever again.

I have ordered from ColourPop MANY times, and every order has had problems. Once, an order was broken from shipment, which they replaced even though it wasn't really their issue, which kept me buying from them. Items have been missing or broken from the last few orders, and I'm learning that this is pretty normal with them, so I will no longer be purchasing anything from them, not even at the store level. Customer service regarding these issues (aside from that one really great experience) has really turned me off of their products. My friends are switching with me, so they don't have any more problems with their orders, too. Here's some free advice: other companies have better products that are priced similarly. Use their products instead. I won't boost another brand here, but with a bit of research, I promise you can figure it out.
