ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

I was very disappointed one of the shades fell right out when I opened the palette and several colors on 2 of the palettes that I ordered had knicks and looked like they were swatched. I message CP and they send me a replacement, but I don’t understand why every time I order palettes, some shades look swatched.

I love your products and prices, but it's been several months now and I still haven't received my package. I was told I'd get a replacement a while ago but I haven't heard anything from that yet either.

I ordered the villains kit, it was missing 3 items & even after they sent them a week later the eyeshadow pallet had obvious fingerprints on 2 colors, & scratches on 2 others.

I was not informed that my order was going to be sent in two separate shipments (not a huge deal), but when the second part came it was the wrong order. It has been over a month now and I still have not received the correct order. I was trying to have this dealt with before the shipping restrictions due to covid-19, but that was unsuccessful as it's now April and I still haven't gotten the correct order. With how much the kits cost, I had hoped that it would have been an easier issue to resolve, especially since my order had been placed in February. If the rating was based just on the product it would have been much higher, the quality is really good. I was so excited about finally ordering from colorpop, and this has just been very disappointing.

Never got what I ordered. It got lost in the process of delivery and they wouldn’t send me a refund until they physically received it which wasn’t possible. Nor would they send me the stuff again ( by now most stuff is not in the shop anymore) I had to contact them various time until I reached out to them on twitter and the social media team contacted me and finally solved the issue and send me back my money for the lost package. That was the only good part about my whole first experience on ordering from them. Shoutout to the social media team, they deserve 5 stars ⭐️ ♥️

I didn’t get the right product, I quickly let you know but I never got the product I was missing.

Ordered two pallete sets, one arrived without the eyeshadow pallete, i contact in regards to a refund or replacement. I was offered a refund for the individual purchase price of the missing item, but would then have to pay postage! When i replied saying this i have been ignored. I am now without an item i should have recieved, extremely poor customer service

Took so long to arrive (NL) and the foundations were a thin liquid that give almost no coverage and both the foundations and foundation stick were WAY too dark (did use the colour match tool) and the eyeliner was dried out so I can’t use it. I do love the lipcolour!
