Honestly this was my first colourpop purchase. The products are amazing, were packaged nicely and arrived promptly even with international shipping during Covid-19. For the product and customer experience I have to give 5/5. However, colourpop struggles from an issue which is company wide and simply down to bad business decisions. They haven’t expanded their operations to fit with its growing customer base. Products are ALWAYS out of stock, this limited release was quickly snatched by scalpers, and colourpop made no comment on this situation. Until colourpop decide to expand operations and increase output to meet with the demand of customers I will not be making another purchase. They are not a baby company anymore and have more than enough turnover to upscale production or even open a new factory.

I LOVE Colourpop. They offer a large amount of inventory for very little cost. The products are high quality and they also have unique collections. I think Colourpop is doing a great job with fast shipping during COVID-19, however there is a lot that Colourpop can improve upon. I’ve heard that Colourpop has trouble shipping to certain countries. The main complaint I have is in regards to the Sailor Moon collection. I was only able to order one item online because they seemed unprepared. I lost items while I was in checkout (I have no idea how that could happen). It was pretty frustrating and I hope that they can prevent this issue in the future.

At least they set a limit on how many items a person can purchase so scalpers weren't able to buy out the whole stock in seconds again. However, it shouldn't have taken them 3 tries to figure this out. Also the check out process is very long and risky because you can still lose your items even at the point where you put in your payment details. They have lots to improve on, including social media interactions and customer relations. They should've issued a statement or at least an apology to their customers regarding the failed launches instead of brushing things under the rug. It makes it seem like they don't care, and all they want is money rather than customer satisfaction. Also they should listen more to what their customers are saying and put a pre-order on in demand collections such as the Sailor Moon Collection so that there's no stress and the site doesn't crash. Products are good tho, and prices are great.

Products in cart sell out after card info is entered

I bought few items from the SailorMoon collection.Placed the cats eye and few more items in my cart and quickly proceed for payment . When making my payment , i was told the cats eye were sold out however i couldn’t go back to see if it really was as i was afraid once i get out of my payment process i would lose the rest of my items and therefore i quickly made the payment . After making the payment , i got to know IT WAS AVAILABLE. Really disappointed tbh. I can’t get it anymore as spending a lot on shipping for one item is really expensive . On the other hand , delivery was quick :) .

I love your products but customer service needs some help. I made an order to which something was missing, and though I received a code to cover the price of the item, I still have to pay shipping to get it?! I'm sorry, I planned my original purchase so I could get free shipping. I don't want to have to pay to have something you forgot shipped to me.

I had a jar of moon prism power as well as the moonlight legend in my cart. The website kept kicking me out multiple times as I stood in the queue, and by the time I placed my order the moon prism power was sold out. I ended up ordering a jar of moonlight legend and when I received it the jars had glitter crusted on the outside. The product itself looks just like the pictures, but I am a little disappointed in the overall experience. I order colourpop products often enough to know that this isn’t their standard level of quality and I hope that my next order will be improved.

I love color pop however I was waiting as many for the sailor moon pallet and or bundle I had 1 bundle in my bag I was adding my OT info and then went and pressed enter so I could be charged and done with my purchase and it kicked me completely out and I lost my chance to buy the bundle very disappointing. So I had to buy just 3 pallets only due to that problem ! I had been waiting 2 hours to be ready and I was it should have been an easy process!
