The formula is very soft to the point of so much fallout and it gets messy. It also just goes everywhere even if I use an eyeshadow primer or now.

The quality of the makeup is good, but it took a really long time to ship. Then when I got it the byo palette was all in individually wrapped pieces and that created a huge amount of waste for what's supposed to be a single project. My lipstick was also broken so that's pretty useless.

I've heard that Colourpop is an amazing brand with great products, I think maybe I just had a bad experience with the specific things I bought? The foundation (no filter foundation - Fair 05)and concealer (no filter - Fair 02)I got were too pale (my own fault not complaining), but the formula was very thin. It was streaky on the skin, didn't blend well, was clumpy in some areas, transparent in others, sat in creases. I found the powder (no filter finishing - Fair) did nothing. The eyeshadow pallette I got (Bare necessities) was filled with beautiful nude colours and the eye looks I can achieve are gorgeous, I really like it. But one touch of the brush to the eyeshadow and it just crumbles and falls out everywhere. Not a little but like being part of a colour run, pigment everywhere on the pan, clothes, face. So, I was disappointed because I've heard such good things about the brand. I think the eye shadow pallettes are great and will definitely buy again especially at that price, but I think I'll skip the face products. Wet n Wild do far superior face products at a very similar price point.

the shadows are high quality and blend nicely on the eyes. However, one of my palettes broke and they refused to replace it. They have directions on their website for how to “repress” the shadows if they fall out (which they did, because they aren’t secure in the packaging) and when you try to repress them they completely fall apart and crumble.

My item did not ship when it said it did. Had to email colourpop customer service and THEN my package was shipped, was not happy about that. Love the pallets but experience wasn’t that great

Product was broken and one was missing. Waiting on new and replacement product
