Ordered 5 lip products that were on clearance. I loved two of the them, the colors look great and are long lasting the others I can’t use because the look bad, they are all similar colors but look nothing like like the pictures. This is the first time this has happened. I’ve bought a few times from colourpop and I have always loved their lip products

I really like verity of products and think they are very reasonably priced. I love their eyeliners both liquid and gel pencil, they have become staples in my make up bag that I will repurchase. Because the price is so reasonable I always turn to colour pop when I'm thinking of experimenting with new colours or trends. The main issue I have found is an inconsistency in quality and sometimes the colour on site does not accurately depict the product. I have mainly had this colour issue with lipstick and neutral eyeshadows

Long time consumer of Colourpop - from way back when they only sold lip products. I haven't purchased lip products from the brand in a very long time. I now love their eyeshadow palettes and have a pretty nice collection of them. However, they are hit or miss, and I am not a fan of how often they repackage or reuse shades and just change the label. Their shipping speeds have gotten better, but are still lacking and quite slow. Also - I wish they would slow down with the releases - we don't need an entire collection released every week. Please, consider investing time, research, and product development into new unique products with higher quality.
