My super shock eyeshadow was broken. I did get a new one sent to me though.

A little disappointed with my order The eyebrow fixative had a strange texture and therefore impossible to apply. The pineapple serum barely smells and the bottle is small. The rest was very good.

I am frustrated because I left a review and didn't not receive my $5 coupon like it was indicated I would in an email. That was many days ago and still no coupon.

It took over two weeks for my order to be fulfilled and almost three weeks from the day I ordered for my items to arrive. I understand I didn’t pay for priority shipping, but if it’s going past 5 business days from the order date for fulfillment, y’all could send an update or something. I had ordered these products to arrive in time to wear for an event. I had to go to the store to buy another brand of product so I could have something to use for the event. All the fulfillment and shipping problems aside, the products I ordered are all performing like a dream.

The shadows are more glitter than color. There is very little color payoff and they don't look like what they say they do.

I love your products, they have excellent formulas. However, the shipping time is way too long, other businesses have the orders at your door in less than a week, that is not the case with Colourpop.

Really long shipping time with little to no updates. Never got a shipping email but the products themselves are good.

The order did not arrive according to the date. I also bought a collection that did not meet expectations, they say that they do not make refunds because of the price but they say that 4 lipsticks that are only sticks without color or fragrance or at least magical glosses that give some color that's me. It seems like a scam. I paid for 4 lip glosses that are just Moisturizing Sticks.
