I gave 2 because I ordered products and receive only one. I tried sending an email which could not go through. The product is good but the service is poor. I am still waiting to receive the other foundation

Colour doesn’t transfer that well
Colour doesn’t transfer that well. Just disappointed with the application of the shadow. And the shadow sticks are definitely a different colour that what was shown/indicated that it would be.

Improve your business model instead of relying on predatory FOMO!
I like, purchase, and end up enjoying many Colourpop products. Despite this, I am not satisfied with multiple aspects of Coloupop’s normal business practices. The below is not related to my most recent purchase but rather YEARS of being a regular Coloupop customer.
I am tired of having to set a reminder alarm in the middle of my Thursday to ATTEMPT to purchase your more popular releases before they sell out while I’m AT WORK. You need to better anticipate the popularity of your releases and produce sufficient quantities to meet demand. If you highly promote something and then see high amounts of positive chatter about it on socials after it is announced, then why is it something that sells out immediately? Because you are a fast-fashion brand, THIS is what you should be good at, not what you struggle with. I suspect this is because you only give yourselves a short time to react to this… just like your customers.
I hate how your releases are like a “surprise” right up until a few days before the launch. This makes it difficult for your customers to manage their beauty budget. I want to know about it sooner. I want it in the hands of the beauty influencers I trust with enough time for them to use the products, film/post their reviews, and have sufficient time for me to watch it. This is hardly ever happening now unless the influencers bust their assess. I hear them saying that they are literally stocking their mailmen/shipping companies to try to be able to film/upload their content in a timeframe useful to their subscribers (usually the day of launch.)
I not only want time to budget better but also look at my current collection before having to decide it I want to purchase your new collection. Predatory FOMO is not a good look on you Colourpop!
What happened to your own swatching videos? Surely YOU can show off your own products in a timely manor for your customers if you can’t get new items sent out to influencers in time, right?
You could do so much more if your tried to do less. I feel that Colourpop has lost its innovative touch, frequently releasing the same tried regurgitated products/color stories that end up on sales and deep discounts over and over again. If we didn’t buy it from you after 6 months or a year, we don’t want it. It was likely not unique/contained a tired overdone color story, associated with a poor choice of collaboration, or launched during a string of new releases that were back-to-back that was overwhelming your customers. Months later, we don’t want it, not at a discount, not in a bundle… you missed the mark. I don’t want to buy makeup that sat in your warehouse for a year!
My biggest grievance: Colourpop’s processing and shipping times are terrible. By the time I get something “new & trendy” or themed for a season/holiday the hype, occasion, or even season associated with the product/collection has often already passed. I want to use the Halloween product leading up to/on Halloween, NOT in November. I want to use the Valentine’s Day collection in early February, not the first week of March.
Do better! Because the worst thing that I am going to say in this review is that I think you CAN do better but you WON’T.

Great Colors, Poor Shadow Quality…
The pallet’s color story is presented very well. However, the shadow quality was very disappointing. The pigment was dry and patchy which will not give me full usage with a proper shelf life.

Produit sympa mais frais de port et de douanes horriblement chers pour la France. Surtout que vous facturez des frais de douane automatiquement alors que ceux-ci ne sont PAS automatiques

Bad Packaging and dirty products
The Products themselves were all nice quality the packaging on the other hand was not. Both the packaging for the Lippy stix and the Lippy pencils were broken and caked in dirt. Some of the products had fallen completely out of the packaging and were also dirty. I had to wipe everything off individually so i could use them. For a company that offers no refunds i expect better packaging to ensure the products i can’t return are actually clean and usable. Probably won’t order from here again and will just buy my Colourpop products from Ulta where i can get a refund if something is dirty and lesser quality than i expect.

They don't insure packages sent
They don't insure packages sent. Ordered an expensive item and it went missing. They ultimately replaced it, but it took ages, and the item ordered was a birthday gift that ended up being weeks late.
Replacement item received was in poor condition.
Their shipping is awful and unreliable and took forever, and I will not order from them again.

Refunds/exchanges are not available
Refunds/exchanges are not available. If you're buying things online, there is a higher chance the colors/shades are not what you thought they were. The quality of colourpop has also gone down. Probably wouldn't ever shop on here again
