I never received a reply but I did get a replacement product so I guess it was okay? Would still have loved getting an actual response.

Two of my products on separate occasions came in broke. That’s my only complaint. I love colour pop and their products though. Very affordable and amazing quality.

I love Colourpop's products. Their foundation is amazing and their eye shadow palettes have really good payoff. I would've given them 5 stars but knocked it down to 4 because their shipping is TERRIBLE. It takes over 2 weeks to get your order. Their website would be having a sale on a product but I would have to pay full price at Ulta to get it timely. For the items that aren't sold elsewhere, I either pass on them or really have to have them to buy from their website.

A few of the shadows came broken :( unfortunately they were my favorite colors in the pallet that I was excited to use. Everything else was very good and the product quality is fantastic I just wish they hadn’t come broken.

Great colour and pigment. The only thing is, is that the pallette is a lot smaller then it looks on the website.

I love colourpop. I purchased multiple eye shadow pallets. Their colors are so vibrant and look beautiful blended. Only reason not a 5 star is the fallout the shadow leaves. Highly recommend, great prices, and fast shipping.

Every thing great, exept for eyeliner.

Some of the shadows looked touched and/or marked through. Last purchase bafore this was the same way as well. Not sure what is going on with it lately.
