I ordered 5 things most were great but one of my lipsticks was all over the wand, the top and the screw top everywhere. it was leaking out of the top onto the product itself looking very used. I contacted customer service and sent a pic and they said “it’s supposed to be like that” I’ve ordered plenty of things from there and no it’s not supposed to be like that. No offer to replace it or apology just it’s supposed to be like that. I order from a lot of nice makeup sites and never has one cone like this. Not too happy with customer service at all as I too am in the service industry but the other 4 products were great.

Products are great and I love it but the collab line are always so hard to purchase because they get sold out easily even after the restocks.

My daughter turned me on to this lipgloss. I don't usually buy makeup online, but since I tried hers and it seemed hypoallergenic I thought I would give it a try. When I first started getting Colourpop, it was great! The lip gloss wasn't sticky and the applicator was large enough to coat my lips easily. Now--just a few years later--just the opposite is true. I would NOT have been ordering online to get it, if it had been this quality of product. Things have been changing with your products for a few years now, but it keeps getting worse. This last order will be my last. It's like losing a friend you'd recently found. :(

I ordered a Frozen lip gloss and Sailor Moon lip gloss. The packaging and look of the glosses are so cute. My issue is the quality of the applicator tips. I like doe-foot style applicators, and was disappointed in the tiny brush-like applicators that these glosses have because they are a little frayed

Shipping methods You should use another kind of shipping methods and let the client choose the best option.

The product is really great. However, when I order $100 + of products I feel that they should come without scratches all over the actual container the product is in. Also, the product should come with plastic covering over the eyeshadow, as there is a lot of fallout on the inside of the palettes. Here lately, I have been receiving products with have chips in my colors. Please, figure out other ways to ship and pack these beautiful palettes. Thank you
