It is the second time that I buy, making different orders and they do not appear in my purchase history in my account, I do not receive confirmation of purchase or delivery. Nor do they respond to customer service messages. Please fix that, I love your products but care about the customer service you give.

Colourpop products I enjoy, but shipping and having to wait a month was not what I was anticipating. I understand COVID-19 being a reason for a delay on why my products were not given to me on time, but that is not what the cause was. The delay on shipment was a big promo they ran. If I would have known I would have waited to order. The one product I was anticipating was concealer only to find out they ran out once I received my products.

The eyeshadow palettes were perfect. Unfortunately, the color on the liquid lip was not the same as advertised. It was so much darker in person, and the shade was more orangey. It almost looks like I was sent the wrong liquid lip, but it had the correct "can you even" sticker on it. I'm honestly so confused. I don't feel like I can order more lip products 😕

My first order took forever to get to me and when it finally did it was incomplete, and they couldn’t just send me another eyeliner, I would’ve had to pay for shipping a second time, like that’s ridiculous. Also, all the glitters were super soft, some have literally come off the palette even though I haven’t even used them yet. It was my first time ordering anything from colourpop and I’m honestly a little apprehensive to repeat the experience.

I absolutely love the products; I think the products are amazing quality for the price. However,the customer service and shipping pulls me back to an average customer rating. It took a full month for one of my orders to arrive to me. There were no special sales or product releases going on during that time so I was confused with the delay. I contacted customer support multiple times to ask about my order and received very cookie cutter responses saying my order was processing and that it would take "3-5 business days before it ships out, business days don't include weekends or holidays". I was just worried that there was something wrong with my order as online the status did not even say "processing". It was just all confusing. Anyways, I did eventually receive the products and could not have been more happy. And maybe my experience was just a random flaw ,but it does make me hesitant to order more products from them if I am expecting a quick return.

Trouble ordering with Paypal on new launches. This is the second time where Paypal isn't working for new launches/relaunches. I was able to checkout using a debit card but after having to go through the waiting room twice. There's also no indication when orders will ship. I'm assuming that new launches will take 3-5 business days but I'm not sure. I do like that there is the add to cart option on the homepage for faster checkout.
