ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

I ordered from Colourpop for the first time on Leap Day. It said that with every order you get a special surprise that only comes once every 4 years. I specifically ordered to get that special item. The ‘special item’ was a discount code. What the h$&@. Colourpop gives discounts all the time, it’s not a special item. That ‘sales tactic’ is propagandistic. It does not lend toward a loyal customer base. I’m happy with my eyeshadow palette but not the shady practices of Colourpop.

Trusted the site for suggested tinted moisturizer and it came MANY shades lighter. I love ColorPop, but this was an epic fail.

Colors were beautiful, unfortunately product was rancid and had to discard as Colourpop does not accept returns.

I ordered 2months ago and it has not come in, checked at the mail a few times and there was nothing

I was sent an empty box of one of the products I ordered, and I was advised that they could not send me the product that I had already paid for. I was, instead, offered a coupon code, which would mean I'd have to place another order and spend more money/USD to CAD exchange rate, or was advised I could take a refund. I decided to take the refund. What I would like to know is - why a company with such a good reputation and as popular as Colourpop can't send me the item that they've already received payment for that someone on their end FAILED to package properly? It is not the fault of their customer that an error was made, and I should have been sent the product I ordered. I don't understand why they "couldn't" send it to me.....they sent the rest of my order just fine. For this, I am deeply disappointed in Colourpop, a brand I once held to a pretty high standard.

Color is great but the eye shadow crumbles and globs off on the brush. So much waste.

The colors and the names are amazing!!! But why on EARTH WOULD YOU NOT HAVE A MIRROR !?!?!?!?!?

The order took longer to process then was stated on the website and when I finally received the products the entire second page of the packing slip was missing. I’m still waiting to receive my replacement items.
