Twisting it and twisting 2 times after using and nothing !!!!!!!

Ordered the new Hocus Pocus Black Flame Collection. Was super excited to have gotten the entire set. First disappointment within minutes of placing the order. Candle would be shipped separately. Not great but OK. Got my shipping notification and waited with bated breath for the parcel to arrive. Once it hit Ireland I noticed an issue. I contacted the postal carrier and was told that the incorrect TARIC code had been put on the parcel and was being returned to sender. After multiple emails and much frustration I eventually had to contact paypal to get my money back because Colourpop procedure is that they will not send a replacement (I would have to reorder everything potentially loosing any deals or items that were out of stock) and will not issue a refund until it gets back to them (even with proof of the parcel being returned to sender). For a company who ship to the EU to not know what TARIC codes to use is unacceptable. They are readily available online and until such time as they can guarantee that they know how to ship to countires in the EU I wouldn't order from them again.

I’m upset. I ordered a kit that had raindeer ears. I wanted nothing but the ears but had to buy the kit because that was the only way I could get the ears. They sent me everything but the ears and sent fake lashes instead without even letting me know they were going to do that. I’m waiting on customer service to respond but got this rating before customer service emailed me back. Unless they refund me or send me those clip ears I will not be happy.

I didn't get my order yet, even though i placed it in 14th October.

Terrible shipping and customer service.

I ordered 2 items and they gave me a completely wrong item for one. I sent an email to their customer service about my order and never received a response. I even sent them a DM on Instagram and no response at all. What a scam.

I ordered 2 months ago and I haven't received the things that I bought. I'm waiting my order in Colombia, South America but the tracking page say the things are in Germany,. (????) Colourpop doesn't respond me.
