The previous time a waited too long time for my promocode abd could not use it as most of products were out of stock. Other things are all right

My original order was not delivered to me, so I reached out to Colourpop (CP) on Feb 3rd, 2021. CP corrected this issue on Feb 10th, 2021. I accept this as an reasonable timeframe. What I did not like was that CP offered a coupon code for the *purchase price* of the products that were out of stock, the code cannot be used with sale items, and the code expires in 2 months. As an International shopper, this means I am being penalized as I lose out on tax and duties, as well as the conversion rate and conversion charge, all of which I was charged and paid for. The CP team was very accommodating when I wrote back that I did not agree with their policies, and they offered a refund for the purchase price. This was better than having a coupon code with all the restrictions and deadline, so I accepted it. Overall my experience was great and CP sells great products at a good value , so I do recommend CP and will continue to purchase from them as long as the quality and value remains.

Have bought numerous eyeshadow pallets from them, they are always wonderful, highly pigmented, with great colors to choose from. Also have some of their other items, I recently got some lip pencils and lipsticks, as well as some foundation and setting powder. I have yet to have anything arrive damaged from them, so packing is always good. Only reason I took off one star is because due to demand sometimes it takes a while for items to get to you once you order, and I was not a huge fan of the way their foundation set on my oily skin. Otherwise it's a fantastic brand and one I plan to order from many times over again!

I love the brand but they don't offer replacements for items damaged in shipping. They just show you how to sort of fix the broken eyeshadow palettes. Other than that issue, I really like the brand and will continue to buy. The collections they put out are fun and the formulas and colors are great.

Great products, but they need to improve their packaging, especially for the international customers. They did offer a coupon for the products which arrived damaged, but the coupon is quite restrictive, which for an international customer, is not that of a good offer.

While the foundation is a good product, the eye shadows that I ordered were disappointing. Didn't last, not a lot of color payoff. Wouldn't purchase again. I did love the blush, beautiful color and formula.

Great customer service and cheap but quality products! Should definitely add a canadian dollar feature as right now it’s all in American tho
