It takes forever to get here. I was hoping it’d get here before my birthday but it took forever to ship. 😩

Eh, I'm not always satisfied with quality of the products. I keep trying though

product was great, however, package took so long to come. more than 3 weeks.

This was my first order from ColourPop, and I am satisfied but not ecstatic. Being in Canada, between the higher minimum order for free shipping and the horrendous conversion rate, it was a pretty expensive experience, which is too bad because your products are very reasonably priced. That’s part of what drew me in the first place. It also makes me nervous that there are no returns.

I have bought some product from Colourpop. The quality is great. However shipping takes too long. My recent order never came and I had to be refunded

I still have not received one of the products from my order. They emailed me saying it was sold out and they will ship it out within a couple of days and it has been 3 weeks since then and still no product. Other than that I liked the condition the other products came in and i appreciated the delay note in the packaging and the overall look. Please let me know when my blue mascara will arrive as I have been waiting for weeks now!

bought a moisturizer which smelt like it was outdated, and also my RAYdiate vitamin smells outdated also

Love your products but it’s been over a week since ordering and it still hasn’t shipped. If that’s the case and there is a reason, they should email.
