my pacakge was sent back because of incomplete address but they could have called me up to just check but decided to sent my package all the way back and I don't get any updates on where my package is

Break very easy and do not work well on water line

Product took a long time to ship and to arrive. Packaging and colours seem cute but the pressed shadows are not great quality in terms of pigment, application, or longevity. The jelly eyeshadow is bright and fun, but also not great for longevity. Sorry! I wanted to love.

Not very pigment doesn't go on smooth My first colourpop products. Not impressed super sad

Sent my order with an item missing. When I complained they tried to force me to take a "one-time courtesy discount code". I told them I just wanted my item, no you'll have to take a "one time courtesy refund". They then made a point of emailing to say that the discount code would be cancelled so don't try to use it, not impressed by the insinuation that I would! Absolute shambles of customer service, I'm an international customer so won't be ordering again as its too much of a hassle if there's an issue with your oder.
