I LOOVE THE LIQUID LINER. I purchased it in navy. Also the one shadow pallet. But did not like at all the ballad pallet. It always appears a bit muddy no matter how applied or blended it. Also, it did take FOREVER to get my order. After loving what I did, it was worth the wait! Cannot wait to try more:)

I've ordered twice from Colourpop and just ordered a third batch of eyeshadows because I love their products so so much! I'll give detailed reviews of the specific products I ordered, so I can't speak to the quality of stuff I have not ordered (foundation, highlighter, concealer, contouring stuff, and any skincare stuff) Eyeshadow Palettes: I ordered Main Squeeze, Mint To Be, Blush Crush, Get That Coin and In A Trance and they've all been very nice looking, well pigmented shadows! In A Trance was slightly broken when I received it, with a pan popped out, but the colours themselves weren't broken thankfully. I've heard other people receiving much more broken merchandise occasionally, though I'm not sure how common it is. I've only had In A Trance be broken, all of my other palettes have been fine. I use Main Squeeze the most regularly, though I'm using Get That Coin a lot since I received it. Eyeliner: I ordered the BFF eyeliners in Black and Red, and I use the black one literally every day. It applies so well and is so pigmented that it's hard to get off at the end of the day! I use the red one less often but I usually use it in my lower waterline if I want a more dramatic look, applies just as nicely. Lipsticks: I've ordered Lippie Sticks in the colours Lucky Charm, I Heart This Lippie and Parker and the Sailor Moon liquid lipstick set Daylight. The Lippie Sticks are perfect and I mostly like the liquids, though I noticed that the colour Usagi is prone to cracking more than other brands I've used. That could be due to my lips being dryer than usual however, so take that with a grain of salt. Blushes: I ordered Foxy and the Blush Shock in the colour Brut Flute and I like them. Not much more to say, they're blushes and they look nice. Brushes: I ordered the Stone Cold brush set and I honestly wouldn't recommend them. They're the only disappointing thing I've ordered so far, they were very hard and not good at blending. I'd recommend buying your brushes elsewhere. Other than the brushes I've loved their products, and I've been wearing them to work most days! 4 stars, with the one star off due to the disappointing brushes and In A Trance being broken upon receiving it.

Great products but customer service needs some work.

The international shipping was ok, it took around two weeks and I loved the makeup, great quality and so affordable. The only complain I would have is that one of the eyeshadow palettes came with some loose panels which made the eyeshadows shatter when I tried to fix them. I would purchase again tho, just maybe not really soft eyeshadow palettes

An excellent company with amazing products! I’ve tried low end and a couple of expensive high brands and colourpop has without a doubt become my favorite for eyeshadows. I have yet to try all colourpop products but look forward to doing so! I have a ton of their shadows and love them with my whole heart. They give that high end quality with highly pigmented shadows that are easy to blend, all without charging those high end prices that take an arm and a leg. There are often sales and deals on the website as well that makes everything even more affordable. From the many times I have bought things from them, I have only ever had one issue with a product but that was more of a personal issue than anything on the company itself. A primer i bought had made me break out but it had fragrances in it and I have sensitive skin, so I believe that was more of a personal problem. The only other complaint I could share is that on their website when they sell out of products, they take quite a while to get things back in stock. Other than that, I have yet to have any other issues or complaints :) Shipping has always been very speedy, often coming sooner than the predicted arrival time. Would highly recommend them as a brand to anyone who wanted great quality products that don’t break the bank. It should be noted, though, that I have never had to use their customer services. I’ve seen a good number of people complain about it, but I can’t speak from experience. All of my orders have been fine and without issue thus far.

The empty magnetic palette (large) is very pretty. But the two I received are not very magnetic, maybe they’re defective. Shipping was good.

everything was perfect except for how long it took for the order to be shipped out and arrive here. almost took a month for me to receive it.
