Terrible company, terrible customer service. Read all the T&Cs before purchasing from them. They will screw you if you have any order issues

missed one item but by the time i remembered (since it took a month to arrived) i already tossed the packing slip. some items were slightly damaged.

worst customer service ever. i received the wrong order and i had to send multiple complaints to finally receive a response. when i finally heard back it took another week for my correct order to be shipped. when it arrived the packaging looked like it had been opened and the outside compact of the bludh i ordered had pen on it. the powder also had an indent like somebody had accidentally dug their nail into it.

ordered 2 x C-vitamin spray and paid taxes and duty’s of both along with other items in the order, I only got 1 x C-vitamin spray, this was supposed to be á christmas present, customer service was not helpful and wanted to replace the item with á voucher, I had already paid taxes of the item and insisted to get a replacement, eventually they sent a replacement but did not mark the order as a missing item from a previous order like I requested so I had to pay taxes and duty’s again

the product I bought took too much time to be delivered

Beware of this Company!!! I placed an order in October, I received someone elses order from Texas, I live in NY.. When I emailed them to rectify the issue, I gave All the the other person's invoice info including description of each wrong product sent , they said I had to send photos of the packaging,invoice and products.After All the info I gave them, it was not good enough proof! Will Not Be Ordering from Them Again!!! Plus I had to dispute with my bank to get my refund, and now I'm stuck with someone else's color palette that Does Not match mine! What a disappointment!

Broken make up, long shipping, misleading pricing and sales

This was my very first order. I was so excited. And on of my blushes has a thumbprint in it. I messaged and messaged and have not heard anything back. 0 Stars. Will not be ordering again. Terrible service.
