Doesn't stay
First and foremost I don't like how the eyeshadow won't stick to your lid. It ends up all over your face especially the glitter. Second it took too long to ship. I waited well over 2 weeks to get this.

Quand vous achetez des produits en lot (pots eyeliner de différentes couleurs et pots de paillettes pour ma part), la moitié des produits arrivent ouvert et donc complétement sec et unitilisable ! Pas de souci avec les produits seul.

I ordered a custom pallet and the colors were so pretty and I loved the packaging. But honestly the quality and the pigment weren’t all that great. I have to pile on the color to have it show up. For reference I’m Arab with olive toned skin and I use moisturizer as a primer. But I still like it :)

Makeup was good as always, but website did not inform me at all that it was USD not NZD, not when I was browsing or when I checked out. So ended up a lot more than expected.

El envío a mexico se me hace muy caro, marcas como too faced manejan tarifas de envío a mexico mucho más baratas

Good product for the price! I was disappointed when I did not receive my first order though (I was sent someone else's). And it was out of stock by the time they got back to me so I couldn't be resent it :(

Loved the items I eventually received from Colourpop...but there were issues for me. My order was shipped to some customer in China, and their items ended up in my mailbox. Colourpop did try to make it right, but the blush I wanted was out of stock by then, and they did not expedite the second shipment so it literally took weeks to get.

I overall like colourpop for their innovated collections and its expansion with brands like fourth ray and sol body. I wish colourpop would consider darker tones of people not only in palettes but blushes and even lip products. There have been times people get excited about a collection only to realize most products won't work for them because darker skin tones cant wear the lip product or use the blush. I have often bought a blush and it only showing up faintly on me. So my critique is making a wider range of colors so even the darker tones of people can use and see. Also in palettes use deeper shades. Most palette have a majority of really light colors for transitions and have 3 deeper shades. If colourpop came out with palettes with more deeper blues, reds, etc; maybe colourpop can work with people who are darker and see what blushes / colors in palettes they look for. Also in promo pictures if they had a wider range of people. For instance, if I click a lip product I see two people trying it. A lighter tone person and a darker skin person. If colourpop had two more of people who were in between shades: Light, medium, medium dark, and dark try the product it would assure customers more. Overall I have seen these critique in the comments of Youtube and Twitter from a wide range of people from lighter to darker. Even the lightest tones of people agree it would of been nice to see more of a wider range because they know darker skin people can't use that product. That would make more people interested in colourpop as a whole and bring more inclusivity.
