They lost my package, if they lose again get nothing back :/

Pretty disappointed with the customer service as a whole. Ordered a complete brush set and pallet set for a birthday gift for my wife. The order ships, everything is fine. Several business days later, I get an email saying my brush set is incomplete, missing two brushes, yet it's shipped? So after shipping, you guys decided to update or check inventory and issue me a 2 brush refund? I would not have bought a set if I had known it would've been incomplete. And literally all I get in return is an oops and here's $6 coupon for your next order. Are you kidding me? Your products are great but perhaps the business could use a bit of a revision for inventory and customer service.

I needed a concealer and I felt like it wasn't worth paying the shipping to Canada just for a $7 product so I added a lipstick too. A few weeks later, I received an email that the concealer was out of stock so my package was shipped without it. I really didn't want just the lipstick but there is a no cancellation policy so I was disappointed to end up spending all that money for a product I didn't really want. I will say that I really like the lipstick, but I spent more than I intended and didn't get the product I wanted in the first place.

Too much tax!

After an empty shell of a compact was received, I contacted company for a replacement. Packaging was broke on replacement compact, concealer tip broke off in bottle during 2nd use. This was my very first order, and most likely my last. Product packaging is cheap and I have yet to hear back from company.

Product came broke and missing items. Emailed company and have been waiting a month for them to ship what was missing and broke. And I have 1 item on back order still. Now I understand what is going on in the world right now but this all happened before this out break, now I can't get a hold of anyone.
