ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

im in love with color pop but wen I got my animal crossing package it didn't come in the cool packaging and I didn't get the diy recipe I know its not that important but I was waiting for my acnh package in the cool packaging and I didn't so it was disappointing but except that i love color pop and every thingin the package was really good and I enjoy it a lot :)

I got everything I ordered and in a timely manner. There was minor damage to my production, but I was able to make it presentable.

Great thanks

Good product but bad shipping, product came a bit damaged

Pretty easy buying and checkout as well as delivery. It was overall pretty good experience and the website made everything easy to navigate! The products were wrapped really well and once I could see shipping it came really fast! I only took away one star because the pallet I ordered was covered in one of the eyeshadow colors on the inside, but none were broke and with a little clean up it was all good! Lip glosses however were perfect and smelled amazing :3

I really do enjoy the products I purchased as well as the quality! Unfortunately, one of my products was damaged but my customer service was amazing and I was able to receive a replacement. I had heard mixed to negative reviews regarding their customer service, but I am so happy to say that I had a much better experience. All I had to do was send pictures and the replacement was on its way! The reason for docking a star was for Colourpop as a whole brand. My main reasons are the very limited quantity of certain items, disappointing releases that did not live up to expectations, and the rising prices of unchanged products. Many of the collaborations or holiday/seasonal items sell out within hours which is stressful and not knowing details about a restock if there even is one is worse. The releases of new products haven’t lived up to the expectations of many consumers, including myself. The color stories are lacking or many of the colors and/or color combinations have been seen before from this specific brand. A rather specific issue is the inclusion of pigments that are labeled unsafe for eyes in an eyeshadow palette - therefore taking away a spot for a more appropriate product. The problem with the raised pricing is that nothing about the product is being changed while the company is depicted as doing better than ever, so it seems as though there is no valid reason to raise the prices (especially when there are few sales and the significantly expensive/limited way to get free shipping). I really am satisfied with what I own from the brand, but it is difficult to overlook the negative traits being shown in more recent years. Overall, I have so much hope in the brand’s potential/continued success and can’t wait to buy more from them.

The products of the #colourpopxanimalcrossing collection are awesome and international shipping was even faster than expected. But sadly the super shock shadow arrived totally shattered...

So far I really like the products I purchased. My only complaint was how long it took to ship things to Canada. My order shipped Jan 28 and took almost a month for me to get it when other friends who ordered domestic waited maybe 7-10 days.
