I was so excited to try Colourpop cosmetics and so I have ordered some beauty products. Some of the items are really good but not all them are worth giving 5 star.

Some of my eyeshadows were outside of the pans and made the pallet very dirty. I really like the color and the pigments of the shadows but I was disappointed in how messy my pallet came.

The products in general were amazing quality, and I love everything I bought. The only downside was the customer service. I was sent 2 defective pallettes and colourpop refuses to send me replacements. They only refunded me after sending several emails. They only gave me a coupon at the value of the palettes, but I would still have to pay the duties and shipping fees for their mistake. Super disappointed and won’t be ordering online from them again.

The products were good upon arrival. However, I was very disappointed when I discovered some of the palettes (ie. Strawberry shake & Main Squeeze) were not the same shades they were as displayed online. Why would you put a filter on a makeup palette? I was expecting lovely bright colors, as they show online. But the colors were all closer to neutral burgundy rather than the beautiful red and pink they advertise. Still I am happy with the other palettes I have gotten from Colourpop. No need to return anything. Just not very impressed with the advertising.

I received the wrong blush shade and I reached out to customer support and haven’t heard back yet. This is the first time I’ve had this issue, so I won’t hold it against Colourpop, but as of now it still hasn’t been taken care of so I can’t leave a great review for my most recent order.

The quality is very good but I had to pay 40 euro at my post office before I could receive my package. Why exactly that is I don't know.

i got my order, and i love it, but i read on the back that not all eyeshadow colours in the palette that i ordered are meant for eyes? what? so i’ve not got irritated eyes because i love the colours.
