one of the eye shadow broke in the palette as it arrived, almost impossible to use. quite disappointed.

I ordered the foundation stick after hearing good things. I found it to be very cakey and hard to blend. It also didn’t layer well. I also got lashes and glue. The lashes were bigger than I expected. The glue took a while to dry and irritated my eyes.

Packaging, aesthetic, service, diversity is everything. I’m always excited to look at what you guys got online! And never disappointed at them! Love how many colors there are. Different finishes. Also the feel to them are surreal. Thank you for considering colors that accentuate every skin color and eye color. Keep on doing what y’all are doing with creating your thang! I do wish that there will be more collabs with cultures in LA:) thank you guys for being there when I need thought guys especially financially. But even when I’m a millionaire I’d still choose THIS Brand! Lots of love!

Love my eyeshadow. Very easy to use. Blends well. Stays on all day.

I have ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received anything, my order didn’t move since April 4th and I’m writing this on the 22nd of April. However I love the products and the packagings they are so cute.

I didnt like the quality of the eyeshadows. I work with clients everyday and the amount of fallout in the palette is something that i was very disappointed.

I love the products I did receive, however I was missing one eyeshadow colour for my personal palette .

I love Colourpop so I was very disappointed when after one month and multiple exchanges with customer service, I was finally told that my package had been lost. I must say that Colourpop was flexible and was willing to ship me a replacement order of the same products. That is a reasonable solution, in my opinion, but I had to change the shipping address, which is inconvenient (The replacement will only be delivered to the US instead of all the way to Spain, where I live).
