This was my first time ordering from colourpop but it was a good experience! I ordered from the animal crossing collection on the day of its release so I had to wait a little longer than usual for everything to arrive but it was worth it :) good quality & good priced!!! Also purchased the concealer and primer because I was running low on both and they’re both nice too :)

I LOVE the packaging! Everything arrived without being damaged. If there was any critiques it would be that there is glitter in every eyeshadow shade (unwanted and unnecessary) and the glitter used to make Bellionaire (sp) is not not safe for eyes.

I loved my purchase of the animal crossing collection! I do feel it was a bit pricey compared to other color pop products I’ve purchased in the past, but I’m overall happy with my purchase.

Everything was well packaged but packaging on 1 collectible markup item was damaged so slight disappointment there. Customer service was ok when I raised the issue (basically said they can’t replace it). Other than that the experience of shopping with them has been ok.

Affordable and amazing! Very reliable and I have never gotten any defective products from them. Only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because sometimes their shipping can take a while. For how well-known they are, I think the shipping should take less time.

The quality of the products has always been great, the only thing I would try to improve would be include more protection in online orders considering how fragile stuff like the eyeshadows are cause the box says fragile but we all know the mailing system doesn't always pay attention to that.

I love colourpop products and I think the makeup is very high quality. However, I can’t give it five stars as the shipping prices to the UK are very expensive.
