The pallets I ordered was poorly put together. The pans were about to fall out. However, the colors were beautiful.

I love all the colors. Eyeshadows are pigmented but the times that I've ordered the eyeshadows in the pallets are cracked and about to fall apart.

Products are good but I had one arrive in bad condition. I talked to customer service and I tried to ask a few questions but it felt like that didn't matter and all they wanted was to check the boxes to give me a refund. I still don't know if the pots I got without an inner lid piece will dry out, and honestly would have preferred being sent out the pieces to go inside I could attach myself so the product stayed ok than a refund. Now I feel like 5 products I have are going to be wasted

I am happy to say that I received everything that I ordered but when I got it the package It was already open. On top of that when I opened the lipstick it seemed like it was used. Since there is a pandemic right now, I felt extremely uncomfortable receiving my items exposed to the disease.

I really love the colors, however, when I got my stuff a few of the powders were crushed, broken, and falling out. I repressed them but I lost most of the those powders. I was surprised because it’s the best packaging I’ve ever seen. The fall off is pretty bad, even with primer and setting spray. I also felt the matte lipstick had a medicine taste or like a plastic taste. Colors are fabulous, and maybe I just had a bad batch, but I probably won’t be ordering again.

Colourpop is decent. Good service, but too many collections to a point that their new releases miss the mark on performance. I know people can say its cheap so who cares, but id rather not have so much waste and know every product performs before buying.

I hated the quality of the eye shadow palette I purchased. Almost no color pigment. I reached out for a refund or exchange, and was denied. Very frustrating, and shows a lack of integrity of the company. They use the excuse "because they are priced so low", but to me that's just an excuse to never have to hold their products accountable.

It's hard to shop when everything is not available at the same time. I don't want to have to pay shipping on each item because they are not available all together
