Lovely shadows in lovely shades the pigments all there, it’s just a little chalky and lots of fallout

The products are good, they were well packaged and not damaged. However, it took a while for my order to be prepared and sent. I received a coupon because of the long wait but I'm not planning on ordering again in the near future. Also a set of stickers that was supposed to be in the box as a gift wasn't there. I don't mind about it really but I think it was worth mentioning.

My balloon pop super shock eye shadow was cracked which was disappointing but overall I loved the entire Animal Crossing collection and the quality of the products!

I really love Colourpop! They have some of the cutest palettes and glittery makeup, however I feel that certain things are overly priced and some of the pigments for the palettes are not as strong or as vibrant as I hoped they'd be. But overall, I can't deny that I do love Colourpop and they've come a long way. There's definitely some room for improvement, but I'm glad they're still doing some awesome collabs.

I love colourpop, and all of their products! I ordered from the animal crossing collection, and I’m loving it all. One item came broken, and they quickly replaced it with new one. My main reason for 4 stars is just how long it took to get my initial package. It was about a month from when I ordered to when I received my package! Otherwise, an incredible company with great products.

The make up looked to be good quality. I got the What a hoot and bellionaire. The only thing that I didn't like is when I removed the plastic film from the eye shadow it kinda smeared a little, so it was a little messy. Other than that it was an awesome experience.

Hola!!!! Estoy feliz con mi pedido solo que uno de los delineadores, el negro para ser precisa, no funciona :( . Al parecer la parte del pincel esta seca por más que trate de que la tinta bajara no funciona. El otro si funciona a la perfección y esta genial!!!!

I was previously upset because I had a customer service issue that hadn’t been resolved. Thankfully they got back to me and they are sending a replacement for an item that broke in the mail.
