The colors aren’t very pigmented and it was really dusty. Which is weird because I love your palettes and I own a few. Plus I never received updates about my shipment. I just had to wait and guess when it got here.

Hello, Purchasing cosmetics from you was delightful. Your Lipstick, eyeliner, highlighter and light weight moisturizer were great, however, your eyeshadow palettes were not. The single eyeshadow were not pressed into the tin correctly and feels as if they will fall out of the palette easily because they are not stuck on well. I can pull them out without effort. Pigment payoff is quiet disappointing but only in the palettes I choose as I was going for neutral tones. Might repurchase the cream to powder highlighter and lipstick when they finish. Overall experience 6/10 because the shadow palettes were the main reason for purchasing from you.

Good quality; takes too long to process and receive items
The eyeshadows and everything are top notch. So there's nothing to say there. I know that we're in the middle of a pandemic and shipping is slow. So I totally get it. However even before the pandemic started, processing and shipping takes way too long. Honestly it's a little bit of a turn off for me because I don't want to wait 3-4 weeks for my stuff. I'd rather go out and buy stuff at sephora or ulta just so that I don't have to wait. So if you don't mind waiting, go ahead and order from here. It's just been too much of a pattern for me to continue shopping from colourpop.

The quality is fantastic
The quality is fantastic. The time it takes to ship however is a bit long and one of my palettes came and a couple of the pans look like they were pressed wrong and had weird lines. Didn't impact quality though. Only knocking down stars for wait time.
