You guys keep promoting new stuff but not that people won’t be getting their orders soon. I ordered my stuff before the lockdown and it should have at least been shipped cause it takes a few days but it didn’t and I understand cause of covid but idk if I want to get my money back or just wait.

I never received my order. About a week after I purchased, they closed for shipment. They should have sent out all orders that where purchased before close. Colourpop always take long to ship as well. Whenever I order online they take about 1 1/2 week to ship out what I bought. They need to work better on shipment regardless of the coronavirus situation.

I ordered something around March 19. I never got a tracking number, and thought that was strange but gave it some time because I knew stuff was starting to be delayed because of the coronavirus. I waited another two weeks, and wondered where my package was. I had to log onto their Instagram to see they weren’t shipping orders anymore. While I understand and respect their precautions, I was disappointed they didn’t at least email those who made orders and gave automatic refunds.

I did not get 1 of the eye shadows (Good Thing), the foundation and the empty small palette butterfly even though in the checker list it is already checked. I only received 21 out of 24 stuff that mentioned in the checker list.

It’s been one month and still haven’t receive my package :/

I understand covid19 has took a toll on everyone’s life and has stopped business. But what I don’t get is why new makeup is coming out yet my ordered has not even shipped? I loved colourpop, recommended to so many but I think I’m done
