Damaged dirty products and brushes that reeked of chemicals. I wanted help and had an incredibly irritating useless conversation with customer service. A waste of money and time.

I ordered 90$ usd of makeup worth (120 $cad) I still haven't received anything. Due to their apparent policies....it doesn't matter if you don't get it after two weeks they don't care and won't refund your money. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase their products.

There were missing items in my shipment and this company ran me around in circles until I gave up trying. The terrible customer service is beyond acceptable.

I did not get a pallet, bad customer service. No refunds?? I did not need it after a white elephant party passed. Won't shop here again. For cheap products, you should expect cheap service thought.

My item was sent with incomplete address. When I ask for them to resend they said that they where out of stock.

I ordered a christmas present November 5. In transit forever, kept saying in was in my city. No one contacted me about this. Dec 10 I contacted colour pop and was told sorry not getting your package. No chance of reordering before christmas. If I hadn't investigated by contacting the delivery services then contacting colour pop, would I still be waiting???

I have placed an order since the beginning of November, more than a month has passed and I still have not received my products, I am totally disappointed in Coulour pop since they do not give me a concrete answer and I demand my money back

No refunds or exchanges? What kind of legit company has that policy? SMH
