So the quality of the products is very good for the price but there are some issues that I've noticed. They often seem to use filters on their product's pictures and sometimes when you get the product, the color isn't even the same as on the website. 2nd: Sometimes I get reduction codes but they don't always work. But overall it's very good stuff for your buck. P.S. people complaining about broken super shock: it's very common and NORMAL. SSS are very humid and fragile and it can easily break during transportation, and they were probably fine before shipping. It is also super easy to fix: use a piece of paper & a coin and press the power down with the coin on the paper (to protect your sss cuz coins aren't sanitary) for a few seconds. Voilà, problem fixed.

Great experience! I only knock off one star because I received a broken shadow. However, I was sent a replacement in a few weeks thankfully. I would have liked to get a confirmation email after sending in a report instead of wondering if it was received.

Shipping takes a bit, but overall the products are amazing and totes worth it

I ordered only one palette from the Animal Crossing collection, but it took almost 10 days just to process and almost a month to arrive. The palette was also way smaller than I expected. However, all my products arrived, and I’m still a fan of Colourpop’s quality as well as their price. I just wish they would communicate a little more with their customers on delivery times and product sizes.

Loved what I purchased! The packaging is adorable and the colors for the lips and eyes glide on so well!

Never any doubt that their products perform every.single.time. BUT....shipping takes FOREVER. I try to purchase locally instead of from their website. If you haven't tried them yet....you're sleeping on some great stuff. Especially their brushes.

Amazing product, minimal fallout, decent wait times for shipping. And the colours are well pigmented 🙂

my package came semi on time, a littl later than it said that it would, but my only real gripe is that my eyeshadow pallet came dirty, eyeshadow was everywhere but none of the pans were broken so thats a plus.
