I absolutely love the product. I have been with every purchase I’ve mad. However, shipping time is a little rough (I understand everything with COVID has a part to play in that. I don’t believe that’s the main part.) Also, please listen to your customers regarding coming out with new product and RESTOCK what you have.

The palette arrived and the colors looked better online. It’s an ok product. I probably won’t buy any colour pop again unless I see it in person. I ordered the Truly, Madly, Deeply palette. The shades aren’t as impressive in person for darker skins.

I love their products and the prices are decent, but lately they have skimped on consistency. They restocks give hardly any prior notice. And I ordered a PR package for colourpopland and they literally sold out after I paid and ordered it the day of. Yet ppl who ordered way after me got their items. Then they didn't want to refund me my money because I wanted the pr specifically. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to take my return and refund my money. They have yet to refund me my money. But I refused the package they sent that I said I didn't want. So jury is still out on whether they will actually refund my money. Would be five stars if it weren't for these things though.

I really love the affordability of colourpop but some products are hits and then - You can NOT find them anymore. I would like the products that are hot to be more available instead of nee product releases each week.
