Great affordable products! I removed a star due to their return policy. It’s difficult to match complexion shades online. Not being able to return or exchange makes customers risk wasting their money to try different shades to find their match.

Cohesive palettes, fast shipping. Wish there was more supply though. Within minutes of the collection launch, as I was checking out, some of the items were already out of stock.

My experience shopping online at Colourpop was pleasant, they have very unique products and the sale had good deals. I only gave 4 stars due to their final sale policy. They do not accept returns under any circumstances which is unusual for a cosmetics company. I ended up not liking the quality of some of the liquid lipsticks but had no choice but to keep them. I would likely not shop directly from this company again but would consider purchasing their products from a partner retailer that accepts returns just in case.

Was expecting the Strawberry palette to be more red tones than pink. Looks more red on the website than in person. However, it does pigment very well and lasted all day!

The 9 pan and bigger palettes in general have problems with the pans, some of them are falling, not pressed enough or not properly filled :(
