The items both look someone else has used before delivery to me. I'm not satisfied with this experience. And I won't buy Colourpop's products online.

I am giving ColourPop 3 stars because they are a great company for the most part. I've taken 2 stars off because I am very disappointed with how they handled the Sailor Moon collection. They need to make it available for pre-order. Basically, they make it available to order and it sells out within minuets. I was very lucky to have gotten the whole collection the 4th time it was available. I just happened to be off work that day and could sit at my computer and wait for it to become available. I realize COVID will have an impact on availability of all products, not just the Sailor Moon Collection. My point is they need to make it available for pre-order. Yes, they may have to wait 2 months to get it but, at least they know they will get it. Thank You

The colors in these palettes are stunningly brilliant and you get a good selection of colors for the money. Which is why I bought this package. However, what Colourpop fails to tell the customer beforehand is that they use non-FDA approved ingredients in their shadows. They do include a very small warning label stating “not safe for use around eyes” on the palettes. After using the purple palette I noticed some redness on my lids later. So buyer beware, if you do decide to try out these colors maybe do a test patch first.

Normally would give the 5 stars, the makeup is amazing and affordable but when you order from the site the wait times are.. ridiculous. Almost 2 weeks from time of purchase to arrival. I know it seems trivial but when you live no where near a makeup store and you’re in dire need of foundation.. two weeks is too much.

too bad that pallette reach me have some broken!
